    Following the scheduling of a maintenance to replace the problematic routing infrastructure at the Paris Datacenter (PAR), we are closing this incident. You can monitor the planned maintenance on April 11th, 2023, between 10 PM and 11 PM on our status page.

    We have just identified a new issue with the same network equipment between 04:06 and 04:16. The previous modifications and fixes have indeed stabilized the situation, but it has not proven to be enough. We are in contact with our vendor to find a permanent solution. In parallel, we are considering replacing the current network Stack with a new one.

    Currently, the services are functioning normally, and we are doing everything possible to minimize the impact on our clients. We are committed to resolving this issue as soon as possible and will keep you informed of the progress. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

    MAINTENANCE DETAILS:

    We must perform a new emergency maintenance at the Paris (PAR) datacenter to definitively resolve the issue encountered with the network equipment. We have scheduled this operation for tonight between 10 PM and 11 PM.

    RISK OF SERVICE INTERRUPTION:

    The maintenance will result in a maximum service interruption of 10 minutes during the maintenance period. We strive to minimize the impact on your activity and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
