Our team will carry out routine maintenance operations on our WEB infrastructure fleet this Thursday, September 19, operated on our WEB-5 and WEB-25 range of offers.
The vast majority of these routine maintenance operations are carried out without any visible impact on the sites hosted on these infrastructures. However, these maintenance operations may sometimes require the restart of certain services or key components which may then cause some short disruptions (error messages, or inaccessibility) of certain hosted sites.
Our team is committed to minimizing the risks of disruption related to maintenance operations as much as possible. Each maintenance operation is carefully studied and implemented with the aim of not disturbing our customers' websites and to limit possible interruptions to very short durations (a few seconds to a few minutes maximum) when it is not possible to avoid them.
These operations are carried out as part of our operational maintenance procedures for our infrastructures: They aim to improve the performance of our infrastructures as well as to provide stability and security fixes, in order to offer our customers ever more efficient infrastructures.
